About the artist: The artist was born on July 30, 1970 in the city of Chirchik, Tashkent region, (Uzbekistan). In 1990 he graduated from the theater and scenery department of the Tashkent Republican Art School named after P.P. Benkov. Teachers by specialty: M.Ya. Dymov, G.R.Brim. Since that time, Sergei Mikhailichenko's serious interest in easel painting and scenography begins. 1990-1992 - military service. 1992-1993 - worked as a production designer at the Surkhandarya Regional Music and Drama Theater named after M. Uigura (Termez). 1993-1996 - worked at the Sumy Regional Theater of Drama and Musical Comedy named. M.S. Shchepkina. During his work in theaters, he has designed a large number of performances, including: "Edith Piaf" S. Kuzik, "Retro style wedding" A. Galich, "Caligula" by A. Camus, "Chasing Two Hares" by M. Staritsky, etc. . 2002-2003. - lived and worked in Italy. Since 2012, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Received a grant from the Cultural Heritage Foundation. Now he lives and works in the city of Sumy. Participant of group republican and regional art exhibitions. The works are kept in many galleries. In the Sumy Regional Art Museum. N. Onatska, in the Museum of the History of Kiev and a large number of private collections in Ukraine, Italy, England, Japan, Germany, Australia and the USA.
