About the artist: 1973-1974 - studied at the K. Studio of Fine Arts.
1976 - graduated from the K. children's art school.
1983 - graduated from the C.n Art College named. Samokisha.
1984 - entered the restoration department of the Kiev State Art Institute. Two years later he was transferred to the painting department. Faculty of easel painting in KGHI. Workshop prof. A.M. Lopukhov.
1987 - the beginning of the creative activity. From 1987 to 2000 - participated in more than 30 republican and all-Ukrainian exhibitions.
1990 - graduated from Kiev State Art Institute. He was admitted to the Union of Artists of the USSR.
2002 - graduated from the graduate school at the Kiev National Academy of Arts and Architecture, Kiev.
Since 1990, paintings by Vladimir Kutsa are widely represented abroad.
