Andriy Chebykin (b. April 14, 1946, Haisyn, Vinnytsia region) is a leading Ukrainian graphic artist and educator, celebrated for etching and watercolor. He graduated from the Department of Printmaking at the Kyiv State Art Institute in 1970, where he later joined the faculty.

From 1980–1987 he served as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs; in 1987–1989 he chaired the Kyiv branch of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Since 1989 he has led the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (NAOMA) in Kyiv as Rector. In 1996 he was elected a founding Academician of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine, and since 1997 has been its President.

Honors (selection): People’s Artist of Ukraine (1992); Taras Shevchenko National Prize (2007); Orders “For Merit” (Classes I–III); Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise (Classes IV–V); and various international distinctions.
