In 1978, he graduated from St.P. State Pedagogical University named after Stieglitz specializing in interior decoration. After the university, he worked for two years in the art fund of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, where he performed a number of monumental and artistic works.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFrom 1980 to 1987 He worked as a beautification artist in the Kolpino District Executive Committee. In parallel with the official work, the artist is engaged in creativity in the workshop. The search for a topic, his own manner of writing, during these years becomes the most important thing for him.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eDuring the years of perestroika, Boris was engaged in design activities in the cooperative \"Architect\".
