School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, classes of E. S. Sorokin, V. E. Makovsky, V. D. Polenov, I. M. Pryanishnikov. In 1888 he received the title of class artist. In 1889 he studied at the Academy of Arts under B. P. Villevalde and K. B. Venig, became a member of the Association of Traveling Art Exhibitions.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn the late 1880s - early 1890s, he served as a teacher at the School of Fine Arts of the artist-architect A.O. Gunst. In 1898-1913 he taught at the Stroganov School.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eVinogradov's work is characteristic of the main nucleus of the Union of R. Artists, of which he was one of the founders (1903).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn 1912 he became an academician of the Academy of Arts. Since 1916, he has been a full member of the Academy of Arts.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAfter 1923 he lived in Latvia, taught. He died on February 5, 1938 in Riga.
