FAQs

What does “Sold – One-of-a-Kind Piece” mean?

It means the original painting has been sold and no reproductions are available. Each artwork is unique and only exists in a single copy.

What does “Author's Repetition Available” mean?

It means the original painting has been sold, but the artist can create a new original based on the same idea and composition.

An Author's Repetition is not a print or copy — it's a new, hand-painted artwork by the same artist, with minor differences that reflect the natural process of painting.

Collection: Volodymyr Pashchenko

Close-up portrait of Volodymyr Pashchenko, bald with light eyes and stubble in black turtleneck

For many years, the artist has made a significant contribution to the development of the school of realism, having his own style and vision of the world, which cannot be confused with the work of other artists. Volodymyr can often be seen with a sketchbook on the cozy outskirts of Poltava. It is at such moments that the artist transfers to the canvas the beauty that nature gives us, thereby creating unique lyrical landscapes.

Volodymyr Pashchenko was born in 1962 in the picturesque village of Voskobiyniki, Shischatsky district, Poltava region. In the works of Volodymyr, you will find similarities with the paintings of the honored artist of Ukraine, representative of the school of realism Serbutovsky Andriy Andriyovych (1923 - 2006). And this something like the theme of the paintings can be traced for a reason, since it was A. A. Serbutovsky who was Volodymyr Pashchenko's mentor and teacher. Constantly searching for new forms, methods, styles, techniques, the artist creates and finds an original way of writing, which favorably distinguishes him among other masters of the brush, as an original Maestro, who creates soulful pictures with the chords of the soul. The energy of nature, its life-giving force is depicted on numerous landscape canvases. As a rule, these are landscapes, the outskirts of Poltava with trodden paths and steep slopes, because it is the landscape that serves as the mediator through which it is possible to show the vitality of a wet drop, and all this is from God. Volodymyr's paintings decorate the private possessions of well-known collectors and just admirers of his work in many countries on all continents. Volodymyr often receives invitations from gallerists, both Ukrainian and foreign, with offers to organize exhibitions of paintings. Volodymyr often participates in exhibitions organized by the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, his works are selected by a respected and respected commission among thousands of works. Poltava artist Volodymyr Pashchenko is also a member of the NSHU.
