Member of the Union of Folk Masters of Ukraine (1998). He graduated from the military art studio at the Tbilisi Academy of Arts (1956). Since 1956 he has lived in Nedrigailov: an artist of the House of Culture, he organized a studio of fine arts. He created still lifes, portraits, genre paintings, landscapes, and painted churches.
