He participated in the liberation of Ukraine, Hungary, Slovakia.\u003cbr\u003eFrom 1946 to 1951 he studied at the Uzhgorod College of Applied Arts, where his teachers were A. Erdeli and J. Bokshay.\u003cbr\u003eAfter graduating from the school, I.I.Dubish ends up at the Kiev Art School named after T.G.Shevchenko, and from 1952 to 1958 he studied at the Kiev Art Institute, where his teachers were K. Trohimenko, V. Puzyrkov, M. Khmelko, G. Melikhov.\u003cbr\u003eMember of the Union of Artists of Ukraine.\u003cbr\u003eHe worked in the field of easel painting. Master of genre paintings, landscapes and portraits.
